Poor customer service and no on-time delivery

I selected this beautiful abaya. I really wanted it. But they took forever to dispatch. The delivery time was stated about 8 days, however, the abaya haven’t reached me yet. I am out of country now, so cannot and do not want it anymore.

I even informed them that I’d be leaving and if they could get it delivered soon (at least within the specified time). Called the customer care service number numerous time. No one answered even once. Never mind now.
