The product quality is great and loved the design but the color was what attracted me the most to buy it in the first place but it was a huge disappointment when the color wasn't even close to what was shown in the website even then I was fine with it cause there was a disclaimer. But what infuriates me is how poorly the return of the product is being done Ive issued a return and refund for the product for which the return charge was immediately requested to be paid but no other update was given after that I've been waiting for some notification or delivery assignment for the same but to my dismay none whatsoever
Do you expect the customer to just stick with product even if they don't like it if so then why charge the return charges
Will not be purchasing from modest essential I had so many in my wishlist but the service was horrible.
i got it in the pink and purple colour combination and it makes me feel sooo pretty. this abaya with the layering dress is a match made in heaven 😂
